REFORMER 1-2

Our Reformer Level 2 is designed to challenge your strength, flexibility and control through a series of exercises that target the entire body. With limited class sizes, our instructors will provide individualized attention , ensuring proper form and technique. If you have a solid understanding or the fundamentals from Reformer 1 or have been practicing Pilates for years this class will be one you can continue your Pilates journey.

CARDIO REFORMER

Get your heart rate pumping and your body moving with our cardio reformer class. Designed to combine the benefits of Pilates with calorie burning cardio exercises using the jump board on the Reformer.This class will elevate your heart rate, improve your cardiovascular fitness and enhance your overall strength and endurance.

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER

Elevate your Pilates journey with our Intermediate Reformer class. Tailored for individuals with a strong Pilates foundation wanting to progress to advanced exercises. Class will move at a faster pace, flowing from one exercise to another. Progressing exercises to challenge your strength and control. Recommended to be injury free.

SPRINGBOARD

Discover the versatility and benefits of Pilates with our Springboard class. This class is designed for all fitness levels. The springboard provides a dynamic and challenging workout. You will experience a wide range of exercises targeting different muscle groups, from core strengthening and upper body conditioning to lower body toning and flexibility. The springs will provide resistance, adding an element of challenge to your workout.

REFORMER 1

Discover the fundamentals of Pilates with our Reformer 1 class. Designed for beginners, Reformer 1 will deepen your foundational practice in preparation for more advanced classes. Perfect for anyone new to Pilates or coming back from an injury. This class will provide a solid foundation to build upon. We will focus on the Pilates principles focusing on proper alignment, breath, and mindful movement.

CHAIR

This class will use the ComboChair to help you stretch and strengthen muscle groups not easily accessed by traditional equipment. This class is designed to progress Pilates exercises to more advanced as the client developes increased strength and stability.

REFORMER-MIXED EQUIPMENT

Reformer-mixed equipment class recommended if you are injury free. This class is designed using Pilates principles to progress to more advanced exercises. Class will move at a faster pace, flowing from one exercise to another. Mixed equipment and props are used in this class. You can expect to use much of the Pilates apparatus in this class.

TRX-REFORMER

Maximize your strength and flexibility with our combination TRX-Reformer class. This unique class blends the core strengthening , muscle toning benefits of Pilates with the functional fitness of TRX Suspension training. This class offers a blend of Core Strength based on Pilates principles while the TRX exercises add an extra layer of challenge , enhancing core stability and strength,

Our Services

  • Class limited to 6 people. Allowing personalized instruction.

  • Private instruction offers a personalized and focus session for your needs and goals. In your private session our instructors will work closely with you to develop a customized Pilates program that addresses your specific strengths, weaknesses and fitness objectives.

    Duets are also offered if you would like to work with a friend or partner. Benefit of a duet you still have semi-private insruction while lowering the total cost.

    Semi-Privates available if you have a group of three or more that would like to have a session together. Instructors can customize a workout for your group's goals.

  • We will evaluate a golfer for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability and, ultimately, enjoyment of the game. Using the TPI 16 step assesment.

    After assesment is completed a private is scheduled to start a plan to help improve the body swing connection.

Change happens through movement and movement heals.
